Ongyee Network is committed to providing reliable telecom services and quality products. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for both services and physical products purchased through our website.
1. Service Cancellations (FTTH, DTH, Installation)
1.1 Before Installation
You may cancel your FTTH, DTH, or installation service request before the installation work begins.
If no work has started, you may receive a full refund of any advance payment.
1.2 After Installation
Once installation is completed:
- Installation charges are non-refundable
- Activation fees or security deposits follow BSNL / service provider policies
- Router/ONT charges are refundable only if the device is returned unused and sealed (if purchased from us)
1.3 Feasibility Failure
If installation cannot be completed due to:
- Network unavailability
- Technical issues
- BSNL backend limitations
- Poor feasibility
A full refund of advance payments will be issued.
2. Telecom Recharge / Subscription Refunds
Recharge payments for:
- BSNL FTTH plans
- DTH services
- Monthly subscriptions
are non-refundable, as they are processed through third-party systems.
If a payment fails but money is deducted, the refund will be handled automatically by your bank/payment gateway.
3. E-Commerce Product Returns & Refunds
3.1 Eligibility for Return
Products may be eligible for a return if:
- It is defective or damaged on arrival
- You received the wrong item
- You received an incomplete package
Products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Returned within 3โ7 days (depending on product category)
3.2 Non-Returnable Products
The following cannot be returned:
- Used routers/ONTs
- Activated SIM cards
- Recharge vouchers
- Digital goods and software
- Custom-configured equipment
3.3 Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3โ7 business days after:
- Product inspection
- Approval of return request
Refunds are issued via original payment method.
4. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible โ you must request a return after delivery.
5. Product Delivery Issues
Refunds may be granted if:
- The product is lost in transit
- Courier partner marks it undeliverable
- Delivery delays exceed 14 days (except during natural calamities, strikes, or logistic disruptions)
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through:
- UPI
- Bank transfer
- Original payment method
- Wallet refund (if applicable)
We do not offer cash refunds.
